Slow Roasted Pork Belly Taco’s

Braised pork belly served in warm tortilla’s with grilled pineapple,

Shredded red cabbage, julienne carrots, avocado and sweet

chili sriracha mayo. Garnished with shoe string French Fries.

 Pan Seared Scottish Salmon

Chive crusted Scottish salmon, leeks, artichokes, fried capers

and lemon Beurre Blanc. Served over cauliflower purée

and roasted asparagus.

  Ultimate Chicken Club Sandwich

Marinated herb garlic chicken breast, roasted tomatoes, grilled balsamic

red onions, crispy bacon, leaf lettuce, micro-greens, sliced mozzarella

cheese and tomato Asiago cheese spread. Served on toasted country

white bread with shoe string French Fries.

Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms

 Portabella mushroom stuffed with roasted peppers, sautéed spinach,

wild mushrooms and fresh mozzarella cheese. Served over Tuscan raviolis

with tomato concasse sauce.
